Traditional Christmas carols sung by Barbara Brierre. Barbara (1934-2023) was a lovely, strong-minded woman, our neighbor, and a true lover of music and beauty.
Decades ago, Barbara asked the music director of her church to meet her at the church and play these carols on the organ while she sang them near her cassette recorder. He was a busy man, so she had to get them right the first time. I think she did beautifully. Much later, she loaned me the tape so I could digitize it and include the music on this website.
